Last year, ELKON supplied a special plant for its new partner - the French division of the Mexican ready-mix company, which is a leading manufacturer of concrete, cement, and other building materials in more than 50 countries around the world. After painstaking manufacture of the ELKOMIX-135 tower plant according to special and very detailed customer requirements, the equipment was shipped in 29 trucks to a new production site in Toulouse, France.

Despite all the obstacles and difficulties that have emerged over the past year, ELKON managed to overcome them and organize the arrival of the installation team to the customer's site to carry out the installation of the plant. Manufactured in accordance with European standards, French norms and internal regulations of the customer, this giant tower type plant can rightfully be considered another gem in the collection of ELKON concrete batching plants. A huge number of special applications have been implemented to meet the requirements of the discerning customer. Thus, the ELKON Innovation and Development Center specially for this plant has designed and manufactured a pan mixer with a volume of 4500/3000 m3, which is equipped with options such as two discharge gates, a system for loading fibers, an automatic lubrication system.

In addition, several components have been installed to ensure safety and comfort, as these aspects play a critical role in the intensive and long-term operation of the equipment. It is noteworthy that each unit of the installation is verified to the smallest detail and all the customer's requirements have been implemented point by point. Now that the installation work has been completed, ELKON can proudly announce the launch of the first tower plant in France and continue a fruitful partnership with the global building materials giant.
