Mobile Master-30 EAGLE Mobile Concrete Batching Plant which is the smallest capacity concrete plant of ELKON Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Series can be equipped with either 750/500 l. pan mixer or 750/500 l. single shaft mixer and provides 30 m³/h vibrated concrete production capacity.
ELKON Mobile Master-30 EAGLE Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is designed on a mono-block chassis on which all the components take place. It can be transported by towing with its axle and tires and provides the following advantages to its users:

After realizing the growing need for mobility and flexibility day by day in the concrete and construction sector, ELKON has designed and produced the first mobile concrete batching plant from Turkey. Until now, from Canada to Germany, from England to South Africa, more than 1000 units of ELKON mobile concrete batching plants were installed in over 130 countries and carry on concrete production for important projects.
The main unit of ELKON Mobile Concrete Batching Plants is designed on a mono-block chassis which is equipped with axle and tires and therefore the main unit can be transported by one truck trailer.
ELKON Mobile Master-30 EAGLE mobile concrete batching plant which is equipped with 4x10 m³ square type aggregate bin and 750/500 l. pan or single shaft mixer is the smallest concrete plant of the series and can be installed in only 1 day.
4 different types of aggregate material can be stored in the 4x10 m³ aggregate storage bin and the aggregate feeding can be done either by concrete ramp or optional automated aggregate feeding system.
