One of the biggest construction company in Libya is supplying concrete by 3 ELKON conrete plants to the biggest construction project they got so far. This project is also the largest ongoing construction project in Benghazi region that consists of 5,000 houses in total.

The company firstly ordered two ELKON concrete batching plants which are ELKOMIX-120 Stationary and ELKON Mobile Master-60 Mobile concrete batching plant last year. Because of the size of the project and the large quantity of concrete required, they recently put up their third ELKON concrete plant, ELKOMIX-90 QUICK MASTER compact concrete batching plant.

All aggregate bins of ELKOMIX-120 and Mobile Master-60 concrete plants are equipped with ultrasonic level indicators with level signal panel. This is for measuring the aggregate material level in the bins and notifying the loader driver and the operator about material availability in the bins. On the other hand, sand bins and the mixers are equipped with moisture probes to control the water content of the mixture precisely.

The three ELKON concrete batching plants will provide totally 230 cbm of concrete per hour for the Project.
