In this type of concrete, only fine raw materials that can be transported by spiral, cement, different type of fibers, water and chemical additives are used, maximum weighing accuracy is provided by pulse meters in liquid ingredients and frequency inverters that control the feeding speed in solid ingredients. In the automation system specially developed by ELKON for this facility, the mixing speed of the 560/375 liter ELKON planetary mixer can automatically change as desired during the mixing process. This maximizes the mixing performance by increasing or decreasing the mixing speed according to the condition of the material.
