The Australian supplier of aggregates and concrete with Croatian origin is expanding its field of activity in Croatia with the acquisition of a mobile concrete batching plant from ELKON. The company has been operating a quarry in Croatia for about 10 years.
Now the Australian company is also striving to realize projects such as hotel construction, construction of tourist facilities and other construction projects in the Croatian city of Split. The company will supply the high-quality concrete for these projects with ELKON's mobile concrete batching plant Mobile Master-60 BEAR.
The mobile concrete batching plant Mobile Master-60 Bear is equipped with 1500/1000 l. pan mixer and 4 x 10 m³ square type aggregate storage bins and has a production capacity of 50 m³ per hour.
Unlike the other mobile concrete plants, the Bear model is equipped with a built-in 36-ton cement silo, which makes the plant especially mobile. At the customer’s request the concrete plant is also equipped with an additional 75-ton cement silo and an automatic aggregate feeding system which makes the system to be moved fully mobile without necessity of building an aggregate loading ramp.
ELKON's Mobile Master-60 Bear, like all its mobile concrete plants, is designed in such a way that the main unit of the concrete plant, including the aggregate hopper, weighing hopper, and mixing unit, is designed on a mobile mono-block chassis with axles and tires. In this way, the main unit can be transported easily and economically from project to project with just one trailer.
ELKON is proud that the company will fulfill all project wishes because of the outstanding mobility and the simple installation feature of its concrete plant.
