Bosnian customer’s main activity is the production of prestressed reinforced concrete elements, hollow core slabs and steel structures.

Thanks to ELKON’s such reputation in the market, it was the first manufacturer which the company approached first when their need for high quality concrete batching plant for this business.  As a result, their first precast concrete plant, ELKOMIX-90 PL was put up in operation in 2018.

ELKOMIX-90 Precast Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 2250/1500 l. ELKON Planetary mixer and can produce 1,5 m³ vibrated precast concrete with its optimized working progress and powerful planetary mixer, takes aggregate to mixer by skip bucket. Cement is stored in 2 units bolted type cement silos. Aggregate storage bins are located partially underground which can be fed by dump truck without any concrete ramp.

The customer used ELKOMIX-90 PL Stationary Concrete batching plant more than 3 years and as a result of their satisfaction from first concrete plant, they expanded their production capacity with the additiona of second Elkomix-90 PL Precast Concrete Plant in the same configuration.
