ELKON who exports its products to more than 95 countries in 6 continents successfully, exported the 500th Mobile Concrete Batching Plant to Oman in 6 March 2014.
ELKON is proud of producing and exporting the 500th Mobile Concrete Batching Plant today. 500th Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is Elkon Mobile Master-150 Elephant which was granted "Good Design Award" in Design Turkey 2012 and which is the "World's Biggest Mobile Concrete Batching Plant". This plant has been exported to one of the Oman's Leading Construction Company. Elkon Mobile Master-150 Elephant has the capacity of 140 m³ vibrated concrete production per hour. In this sense, Elkon Mobile Master-150 Elephant can provide the concrete amount of more than one mobile concrete batching plant by itself and in comparison to equal stationary batching plants, it gives the advantage of easy transportation, easy and quick installation, less installation area and less foundation cost to its user. Elkon Mobile Master-150 Elephant which is exported to Oman, is equipped with 4 x 30 m³ capacity aggregate storage silo, aggregate prefeeding system and 3 units 150 Tons capacity cement silo.
Moreover, additional to the highly accurate aggregate, cement, water and chemical additive weighing scales 500th Mobile Concrete Batching Plant which is exported to Oman, also equipped with ice weighing scale. Ice weighing scale is required to weigh ice sensitively via automation system in the production of concrete due to the climatic conditions in that area. This plant, which is equipped with trusted Siemens PLC based and fully automatic computerized automation system, can produce all types of concrete sensitively.
Since, our 500th Mobile Concrete Batching Plant has a special value for Elkon, Elkon wanted to give a special gift to its Omani customer who has bought this plant. Elkon has given a gift of Android Tablet which has a special software enabling our customer to follow whole concrete production remotely and providing the possibility of making scale calibrations with one-touch. In this way, our customer could connect to the plant remotely and could follow the concrete production instantly, could calibrate the aggregate, water, cement and additive scales without going to the control cabin and could get all informations about the production easily at the end of the day.
