ELKON factories are on the road to industry 4.0 without loss of momentum.
With new investments made for digitalization of Elkon factories, total number of welding robots reached to 12 and there are many other automated high technology production systems developed in house.
In the robotic welding stations, welding operations of twin shaft mixers from 1500/1000 l. capacity to 7500/5000 l capacity and aggregate storage bin structures (12 meters length) can be performed for the first time in Europe along with the welding of cement screws, bolted type cement silos, aggregate storage bin panels and discharge cones.
