Today ELKON is one step ahead having the most extensive and technological factories. By continuing the process of improving the production, ELKON recently increased the level of automation in its factories running a new production line with two German KUKA welding robots.
This new welding station consists of two independent lines and platform-positioners which is able to rotate and lift 12-14 tons, 12 meters length aggregate bins. With this it is possible to make all weldings of aggregate storage bins by automated welding robots.
The new technology will ensure highest quality, quick, reliable and sustainable production.
After addition of these 2 automated welding stations, ELKON has reached to 10 automated welding robots which are used in the process of welding of twinshaft mixers, cement silos, cement screws, aggregate storage bins and its panels.
