The installation of Elkomix-60 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant was completed in the past weeks for the expanding operations of the German company in the city of Schmöln.
Offering high mixing precision in the concrete production, this concrete factory has ELKON's planetary mixer with a capacity of 1500/1000 liters . 2 units of 50 tons bolted type cement silos were preferred on this setup. Aggregate bins with 4 chambers and a total capacity of 60 m³ is fed by the aggregate pre-feeding system.
The entire factory has claddings with high quality insulation panels which minimize environmental effects and preparing concrete factory for operation in winter conditions.
With its spare parts and equipment warehouses in the city of Leichlingen, ELKON GmbH continues to provide effective and fast service to its customers in the region.
