Filinvest Land, Inc. is one of the leading full-range property developers in the Philippines.
The company has been contributing the city of Calamba’s progress by their residential and industrial developments. Finally, they realized one of their aims to serve the growing housing demand in the islands better by ordering an ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master compact concrete plant.
They opened the concrete batching plant with the participation of the company’s top management members and Calamba City Mayor Ross Rizal.
By installing its first concrete plant, Filinvest Land aims to strengthen its product delivery capability to serve their vision of expanding the city’s property development sector.
ELKON has supplied an ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master compact plant with the capacity of 55 m3/hour to the company. The concrete plant is equipped with 1500/1000 l. twin shaft mixer and 4x20 m3 aggregate storage bins. Moreover, this is a state-of-the-art concrete plant which was designed to be environmentally friendly by allowing to use recycling wastes and becoming free of noise and water pollution.
They plan to produce 90.000,00 m3 concrete by ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master compact plant in a year.
