Recently, the East Bavarian company acquired ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant to be used in construction works and produce precast products.
ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant is equipped with 4x20 m3 inline type aggregate storage bins and ELKON 1500/1000 l. Planetary mixer. The mixer discharge chute is suitable to feed either truck mixer for readymix concrete supply or discharge into precast production through movable discharge chute which works pneumatically and pour the concrete to the bucket.
Further enhancing its functionality, the mixing block and skip hoist area are enclosed with modular insulated panels, simplifying assembly and ensuring optimal performance in diverse environments. Also reducing environmental effects.
