One of the biggest aggregate supplier of the Croatian Market installed new ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master Compact concrete batching plant for their ready mix activities.

Elkomix-60 Quick Master Compact concrete batching plant is equipped with 1500/1000 l. planetary mixer and also it is equipped with skip hoist system to able to install on minimum area. ELKON planetary mixers are designed specifically for challenging mixing applications (including low slump concrete, self-compacting concrete, ultra-high performance concrete, fiber concrete an many others) while offering high operational safety, ease of maintenance and long life time.

As standard, aggregate discharge cones, aggregate weigh hopper, all walkways, all maintenance platforms, handrails, stairs, additive and water weigh hoppers are completely galvanized. Rest of the elements of Elkomix-60 Quick Master Compact conrete batching plants (main chassis, cement weigh hopper) are painted by JOTUN (Norway) paints. All components are sand blasted first with automatic cabinets in ELKON factories. After that checmical clenaing, primary coating and final paint applied. ELKON offers different level of galvanization and painting applications depends on Project requirement.

Thanks to ease of installation transforming design of ELKON compact concrete plants, ELKON representative of Croatia  is installed and commisioned this plant in a very short period of time during COVID-19 pandemic.
