The primary one, Elkomix-240 MEGA concrete batching plant equipped with a giant 9000/6000 L ELKON Twinshaft Mixer, making it an ideal choice for the NEOM project's high-capacity concrete production requirements. Tailored for the specific requirements of NEOM, the plant ensures high productivity and accuracy for every batch.

ELKON's commitment to innovation is evident in the fast material feeding system for aggregates, cement, and water, developed by the ELKON R&D team. This innovative system, combined with the large mixer size, optimizes mixing and production efficiency. The reduction in material entry time into the twinshaft mixer, along with the material distribution over two mixer shafts, enhances mixing performance from the very entry of materials. Precise control of concrete temperature is achieved through the incorporation of ice in the mixing process, even in the challenging environmental conditions of Saudi Arabia.
