Environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions are also becoming increasingly important in today's construction industry. In this context, a concrete batching plant specially designed for the production of concrete from recycled materials stands out in order to meet the requirements of customers.

Our customer runs a company that specializes in construction, demolition, and crushing projects. With recently installed ELKON concrete batching plant, customer has not only expanded its wide range of machinery, but also diversified its business field in order to be able to produce sustainable concrete from its recycled materials.

This is made possible by Elkomix-60 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant, which has been developed according to the customer's specific requirements and site conditions for installation. The customized installation with recessed bucket area enables the concrete plant to be positioned smoothly even in the narrow area available on the site.

A fundamental component of the plant is the 4-chamber aggregate bunker with a total capacity of 80 m³, which was specially designed to meet customer requirements and is subdivided with intermediate panels, thus providing 8 separate chambers of 10 m³ each for material storage and continuous production.

The aggregate bunker is fed from both sides. Our customer can therefore feed material from his warehouse via the pre-feeding system with an L-shaped transfer conveyor on the one hand and load the bunker with aggregates from the other side using a wheel loader without a ramp on the other hand. This flexibility optimizes the workflow in concrete production.

This specially designed concrete batching plant is characterized by environmentally friendly approaches and adaptable features. It offers a special and important solution to meet the customer requirements and contribute to sustainable concrete production.
