A leading company in cement production in Shuaiba- Kuwait, decided to open new department for ready mix concrete. They chosed the leading manufacturer of concrete batching plants to enter this market strongly and put up a high capacity concrete batching plant from ELKON.

ELKOMIX-200 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant can produce up to 200 cubic meter of concrete per hour with a strong 7500/5000 l. ELKON twinshaft mixer. This mixer is equipped with double discharge gate, which makes it possible that two truckmixers can locate under mixing block at the same time. In this way, while one of the truckmixers is being charged from one discharge outlet, the next truckmixer can approach the other outlet, so that serial production can be done without any delay even if jobsite is not allowing pass through of mixers.

The plant has 5 aggregate storage bins, 30m³ each. To exploit space efficiently in the limited site, the aggregate storage bins were buried to the ground to prevent the necessity of building aggregate loading ramp.
