Since it was founded in 1996, Abu Dhabi's ready-mix concrete company, supplying concrete for many important projects such as highways, military camp, theme parks, airports, shopping malls etc. preferred ELKON in its new investment. Elkomix - 135 Stationary Concrete Plant was commissioned by ELKON engineers to be used in new project in addition to the 15 stationary and mobile type concrete plants of the company installed in different regions.

With this plant, the configuration of which was decided by the management and the technical team of the readymix company in ELKON factories, it’s possible to store 6 different aggregate materials in each 30m³ bin allocated as T type. 4500/3000 l. ELKON Twinshaft Mixer enables producing more than 120m³ of concrete per hour.

Elkomix - 135 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant which has individual weigh hoppers for cement, water, additive, microsilica and ice, can be installed easier than the other stationary concrete batching plants due to its modular structure.

During the factory visit, customer authorities saw ELKON’s 65.000m² production area and 4 factories as well as more than 100 different concrete plants in production. They emphasized their contentment and indicated that they have never seen such production facility with such technology.
