A leading construction and services company operating across multiple African countries has chosen ELKOBLOCK-25 for its new block production facility in Zimbabwe. To ensure high-quality output, the ELKOBLOCK-25 concrete block making machine will work in tandem with the ELKON MIX MASTER-30 concrete batching plant.
The ELKOBLOCK-25 operates fully automatically using L-type pallets (pallets with feet), while the dry products are manually stacked on delivery pallets according to the client's preference. Designed for efficiency, this machine utilizes 1200 x 950 mm production pallets and is capable of producing up to 12,000 hollow blocks per shift.
Supporting this operation, the ELKON MIX MASTER-30 concrete batching plant—equipped with a 0.5 m³ planetary mixer—ensures a continuous and consistent supply of high-quality concrete. The plant is designed to produce the required quantity of concrete in the necessary time frame, allowing both machines to operate in perfect harmony. Concrete is transported from the mixer discharge chute to the ELKOBLOCK-25’s concrete hopper via a transfer conveyor belt, streamlining production.
