A Canadian company, with over 30 years of expertise in asphalt services, has embarked on a new venture into the ready-mix concrete business. Committed to client satisfaction, the company prioritized quality when selecting a batching plant manufacturer, leading them to choose ELKON for their first batching plant.
Serving the expansive Greater Toronto Area, the company required a batching plant capable of producing 160 m³ of concrete per hour. The ELKOMIX-180 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plant, featuring a 6750/4500 L capacity twin-shaft mixer, 4x30 m³ aggregate inline storage bins, and 3x150 ton cement silos, was the perfect fit.
Additionally, the plant is equipped with a shuttle-type aggregate feeding system, enhanced by a wireless remote controller, to streamline the feeding process.
