The company recently started to use their 8th ELKON plant which is ELKOMIX-135 Stationary concrete batching plant. The plant is a kind of robust and heavy duty stationary plant which offers high quality concrete production in large volumes.

Elkomix-135 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant with an actual capacity of 120 m³ concrete per hour has some optional equipments which allow the customer to use various materials in production precisely, to produce higher strength and density concrete, to provide less thermal conductivity etc.

Thus, each of 5 aggregate compartments is equipped with 3 discharging gates to provide more accurate aggregate weighing. In addition, the plant is equipped with 4500/3000 l Twinshaft Mixer with high quality and wear-resistant linings and paddles. The twin shaft mixer has high pressurized automatic washin system as well to allow cleaning inside of the mixer very easy and quickly. Thanks to various devices for monitoring the production process and plant performance, it is possible to make more accurate production.
