All components which are used in concrete batching plants and block making machines are produced in house by the latest technology. Ensures that all parts are produced with ELKON’s sense of quality and assurance by producing not only the main equipment that makes up the concrete batching plant and block machines but also each possible part in accordance with integrated production method.

INDUSTRY 4.0

24 fully automated robotic arms used in production

Fully automated and high-tech production technologies are commonly used in production thanks to the investments in digitalization and “Industry 4.0”. A total of 24 fully automated robots are used in production for welding, painting, cutting, drilling and grinding. Aggregate storage bin panels and structure, twin shaft mixer bodies, cement silo panels and legs, cement screws and some other components are completely produced in robotic production lines with no human touch.

ADVANCED MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY OF ELKON

24 industrial robots are in use for different production lines
90% of welding is done at fully automated production lines with robots
18 modern paint booths (4 of them are equipped with paint robots)
2 automated sand blasting machines
Wide use of CNC processing centers, CNC boring and milling machines, laser and plasma cutting for smooth and accurate production
Water jet cutting machine
Automated material handling cars inside the factories
